Hilare graduated with her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Connecticut and then continued on to get her doctorate from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical School in 2007. Hilare was TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified in 2018 and uses this in her practice to find physical limitations in golfers and develops personalized exercises programs for them to maximize their golf performance. Hilare grew up in a family full of physical therapists. Her parents opened the doors to Hardy Physical Therapy in 1980 when she was four years old. She has been practicing in outpatient/sports medicine physical therapy for over 20 years. Her background in sports such as gymnastics (competing, coaching, and judging), dance, soccer, and track and field led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Her passion for athletics and fitness have driven her career in helping others return to their normal active lifestyle. Hilare’s active lifestyle including fitness competitions have helped her develop personalized programs for her patients with a global approach to reaching personal health goals. In her free time Hilare enjoys running competitively, golfing, skiing, strength training, and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and dog.

Tyler graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1996 and started working at Hardy Physical Therapy in early 1997. He has over 20 years experience in practicing outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine Physical Therapy. Tyler enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses, from post surgical, to the weekend warrior and everything in between. He takes pride in seeing patients reach their therapy goals and get back to the activities they enjoy. In his free time Tyler enjoys golfing, home improvement projects as well as fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling at his family log cabin in Maine. He spends the rest of his free time with his wife Hilare, his 2 children, and his dog Rangeley.

Gina graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2013. She received her Bachelor's degree from Merrimack College. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, snowboarding, travel, going on adventures with her dog, Milo, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Giuliano, MSPT
Jenn graduated with her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 2002. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics for her entire career. Jenn is passionate about helping her patients get better so they can return to their daily and recreational activities that they enjoy. She likes to incorparate the mind-body connection into her work to give her patients an overall positive outlook on their life and wellbeing. In her free time, Jenn loves spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She enjoys traveling, Pilates, meditation, personal development, spirituality, and fashion.
Brittany Fallon, DPT
Brittany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Hartford in 2014. She has been practicing in outpatient orthopedics for 7 years. She received her advanced post-doctoral training in pelvic health and pelvic floor physical therapy through the Herman and Wallace Institute. Through the institute, she has been educated on pelvic floor issues including urinary/stress incontinence; pre-/post-partum issues; musculoskeletal components of urogynecologic pain syndromes such as chronic pelvic pain, vulvar pain, and painful bladder syndrome; and pain with sexual intercourse. Brittany became passionate about the pelvic floor specialty after having post-partum issues of her own and seeing the lack of therapy available for both men and women in terms of pelvic floor physical therapy. Brittany likes to stay active with running and riding along with spending quality time with her family, including her husband, 2-year-old son TJ, and dog Vinny.
