Hilare Bowie, DPT
Hilaré Bowie, DPT, TPI Certified, President
Hilare graduated with her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from The University of Connecticut and then continued on to get her doctorate from Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical School in 2007. Hilare was TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified in 2018 and uses this in her practice to find physical limitations in golfers and develops personalized exercises programs for them to maximize their golf performance. Hilare grew up in a family full of physical therapists. Her parents opened the doors to Hardy Physical Therapy in 1980 when she was four years old. She has been practicing in outpatient/sports medicine physical therapy for over 20 years. Her background in sports such as gymnastics (competing, coaching, and judging), dance, soccer, and track and field led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Her passion for athletics and fitness have driven her career in helping others return to their normal active lifestyle. Hilare’s active lifestyle including fitness competitions have helped her develop personalized programs for her patients with a global approach to reaching personal health goals. In her free time Hilare enjoys running competitively, golfing, skiing, strength training, and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, and dog.

Tyler Bowie, PT
Tyler Bowie, PT, Vice President
Tyler graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1996 and started working at Hardy Physical Therapy in early 1997. He has over 20 years experience in practicing outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine Physical Therapy. Tyler enjoys working with patients of all ages and diagnoses, from post surgical, to the weekend warrior and everything in between. He takes pride in seeing patients reach their therapy goals and get back to the activities they enjoy. In his free time Tyler enjoys golfing, home improvement projects as well as fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling at his family log cabin in Maine. He spends the rest of his free time with his wife Hilare, his 2 children, and his dog Rangeley.

Josh Henderson, DPT

Richard Shanks, PTA 
Rick graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2013. He has knowledge and expertise in Aquatic Physical Therapy (Burdenko Certified) as well as sports specific functional training. Additionally, he has accumulated a wealth of experience from several years of working with patients looking for pre and post operative rehabilitation, neuromuscular reeducation, lumbar dysfunction, geriatrics based therapy, and youth related diagnoses'. He has a predilection for high level care as he takes an outside of the box approach to his therapy techniques. Rick thoroughly enjoys teaching and educating his patients in their physiology and exercises relevant to their progress, as well as injury prevention mechanisms. His goal is always to return you to your functional capabilities and active lifestyle in full. Outside of the clinic, Rick takes great pride in his family and his hobbies, which include mountain biking, skateboarding, hiking, drumming, traveling and watching The Simpsons. Rick loves to make people laugh, and enjoys both helping people and getting to know people on a personal level, which is what led him to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. When you come into the clinic for your first visit, Rick will be the goofy one telling dad jokes!

Gina Raymond
Gina Raymond, DPT
Gina graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2013. She received her Bachelor's degree from Merrimack College.  In her free time, she enjoys staying active, snowboarding, travel, going on adventures with her dog, Milo, and spending time with family and friends.

Justin Kody, DPT

In 2019, Justin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Quinnipiac University, where he also received his undergraduate degree in Health Sciences. While at Quinnipiac, Justin played four years of Division I soccer. To complement his DPT, Justin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Justin is interested in all realms of physical therapy diagnosis and treatment, with special emphasis on sports performance, biomechanics, sleep hygiene and ergonomic assessment. Outside the clinic, Justin enjoys playing soccer, weightlifting, meditation, and being outdoors.

Emily Hutchinson, PT Aide 

Em is a 2009 Babson College graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing. She is also a student Physical Therapist Assistant and is working towards a Physical Therapist Assistant Associates degree at Mount Wachusett Community College, set to graduate in 2022. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys snowboarding, snowmobiling, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
