Titleist

Hardy Physical Therapy is proud to offer Titleist Performance Institute evaluations and programs for golfers of all levels out there.

How the Program works:

-At your initial visit a doctor of physical therapy will take a history of your overall health, current and past injuries, strengths and weaknesses on the course, current exercise routines/habits, and personal goals.

-You will then be taken through a 12-step physical assessment identifying any physical limitations such as mobility, stability, strength, power, or balance.

-A video recording of your golf swing will be taken and evaluated and compared to your physical results for the assessment, and an exercise program will be designed to fit your personal needs.

-At your second visit, which is approximately 2 weeks after your initial visit, your initial program will be reviewed and/or altered as well as additional exercises added to the program.

-Your third visit, which is 4 weeks after your initial visit, your current exercises are again reviewed and yet another group of exercises is specifically designed for you.

-You will be given an account where you can view videos of the exercises prescribed to you, as well as a calendar indicating which days your TPI professional recommends you complete the program. Your TPI professional can modify your exercises online as you progress as well.
